All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian dollars. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates as quoted are per room per night on a room only basis, unless specified.

Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition of government charges taxes or levies. Guests will be notified where possible of any increases. All rooms are non-smoking. Please note that we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards but do not accept other cards including American Express and Diners Club.

Check In/Check out

Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am. We will try wherever possible to accommodate early arrival and/or late departure.

Luggage Storage

Our office can arrange storage of luggage for guests. All luggage must be clearly labelled in order to ensure efficient and prompt service.

Children Policy

Special arrangements can be made for children of any age. Please enquire at the office.

Deposit Policy

During peak periods we may request a deposit of 50% of the total tariff.

Noise Policy

We are located in a residential neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 10.00pm.

We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable.

Lost Key Policy

A $10 charge will apply if keys are not returned at time of check-out.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival at Atlantic Guesthouses we will refund any deposit paid less an administration fee of $25.
Where no deposit has been paid an administration charge of $25 will apply.
If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival no deposit will be refunded and a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tariff will apply unless we are able to rebook the room(s).

If you cancel your booking 48 hours or less prior to your scheduled arrival a cancellation fee of the total tariff will apply unless we are able to book the room(s).
Changes to or cancellations of your booking will not be refunded after check in unless we can rebook the room(s).

Atlantic Guesthouses reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met.

Force Majeure

Atlantic Guesthouses will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Atlantic Guesthouses.
